Working with partners NetDespatch, Seller Dynamics have been able to significantly streamline operations at pharmacy and beauty products retailer My Local Drug Store.

With the help of NetDespatch the newly introduced larger Royal Mail label with a 2D barcode has been cleverly integrated as part of their invoice.

My Local Drug Store, is a family run business of some 30 years good standing. They offer thousands of products ranging from baby care to vitamins and beauty products. With such a wide range of fast moving products My Local Drug Store needed a seamless solution to integrate its channels and its fulfillment processes. 

Despatch has been simplified significantly, now the customer invoice and shipping label are produced on a single sheet of paper ensuring paperwork mismatch errors are removed and time saved. At end of day a Sales Order Summary for the courier is printed to further reduce overheads.
