We began building our significant knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace in 2013. It was then that we began to build our Marketplace Management service – Seller Dynamics. This provided us with valuable insights into the needs and challenges faced by retailers in multiple sectors, selling across multiple marketplaces internationally.
Our customers were able to highlight where they needed help, not just around the automation that Seller Dynamics provides for sellers, but also in the very practical issues surrounding the management of their account, advertising cost effectively, improving their listing quality and making full use of A+ content. This direct hands-on support has proved invaluable to many retailers.
Through these services we advise companies on how to grow their Amazon business, supporting them directly in their Seller Central accounts. And all the time imparting knowledge to them so that they can become self-sufficient within the Amazon ecosystem.

How we work with you
If you have any questions about what we do or how we can help we’d be delighted to hear from you, call or email to get the conversation going. Below are the steps we take to make sure that our engagement with you is efficient and successful.
Initial contact. We’ll discuss with you where you are facing challenges and if it falls into our areas of expertise we’ll tell you there and then. Be assured that we’ll take the time needed to fully understand your needs. We will arrange a preliminary consultation with you to understand more of your requirements.
Agreeing scope. We’ll agree between us what we believe the task involved is and outline a timeline of when the work can be done and completed. Perhaps you’ll want certain activities prioritised, or perhaps you’ll need to solicit the views of your team. We are used to dealing with companies of all sizes and shapes, and we know that when we get the scope of a project right that it will proceed smoothly.
Fixing a price. We’ll explain the costs involved in delivering the work that’s been scoped, if at that point we need to reduce the scope or phase the work out over time then that’s fine. We are all ultimately constrained by our finances. See below for guidelines on how our pricing works.
Implementation. Once we’ve agreed scope and price we’ll get going.
Depending on what you need us to do you may need to grant us access to areas of your Amazon account. This access is tightly controlled to ensure that what you want to remain private remains so. We will never ask for your username and password.
As we begin our work we’ll keep you fully informed. We’ll ask you for certain pieces of information pertinent to the task in hand – this might be, product details, country of manufacturer, product images etc.
And as we progress through the work we will check in with to seek you feedback and ensure that we are delivering what you expected.
Completion. Once completed we’ll make sure you are happy with the work carried out and if there are any areas that need refined then this is your chance to discuss this with us. If you would like to discuss ongoing support beyond project completion we’ll be happy discuss what makes sense for you.
Pricing
Our Amazon Consultancy services are delivered on a fixed price basis. We’ll consider the scope of the work as well as the expertise and time required. We appreciate that we have to provide a cost-effective service due to the commercial pressures that you are working under. To help you understand what costs you may face on engaging with us we provide here examples of projections undertaken.
Projects are highly reliant on the information made available to us – descriptive text, image quality, barcode authenticity, product approvals and other key areas. With that in mind prices have to be provided with a minimum and upper maximum based on our experience to date.
All price estimates are provided exclusive of VAT.
Cataloguing
- New listing creation
We will create new listings based on the product information you provide to us, typically in a spreadsheet. You will also provide us with images for use on Amazon. From that we will create valid Amazon listings that can be made live once you confirm stock is available.
From £300 to £1500.
- Quality improvements
We will make changes to existing listings that follow Amazon’s current listing guidelines and will take into account customer conversion and readability. With the aim of building a solid foundation in order to increase your natural organic ranking in Amazon.
From £300 to £1500.
A+ content creation
New listing creation
We will create A+ content that can be utilised across single or multiple types of products within your catalogue. We will use assets provided to us by you including product photographs or logos. We will use copy provided to us though this can be created on request.
From £450 to £2500.
- Quality improvements
We will make improvements to the existing A+ content, updating in line with the current Amazon guidelines. We will use materials provided to us by you, and can create new copy on request.

Account Management
- One off short term projects
We will provide Account Management services. Our Account Management service can be used to help troubleshoot existing issues, or to help with the general running of the account, including helping you to understand how various features work within Seller Central. This service generally runs over three months. The service is priced based on the amount of support required and tasks to be carried out.
From £300.
- Longer term projects
We can also provide longer term Account Management Services. This service can cover support and direct help over a number of areas within Amazon Seller Central, including product listing, trouble shooting, FBA shipments, and additional content creation. The support can take the form of either direct help, or by providing guidance to you and your team. We will review our arrangements with you regularly and make sure you are seeing value from the service.

Advertising- One off short term projects
We can provide a one-off advertising set up service where we will set up the campaign, based on current best practice methodologies. We can also trouble shoot existing poorly performing campaigns, and make suggestion and changes on the accounts as required.
From £450 to £900.
- Longer term projects
We can provide an advertising set up service where we will set up campaigns for an agreed number of products. We will set up differing strategic adverts based on best practice methodologies. These adverts will be monitored and updated as per the ongoing results of the campaigns. We will review the impact of the campaigns on a regular basis adjusting as deemed necessary, with a total campaign review after the fourth month.
